Whether you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships, navigating your sexual identity, caught in familiar patterns that no longer serve you, or simply needing space to process life—I’m here. I care deeply about this work because I know what it’s like to sit on the other side and the strength it takes to reach out and show up for yourself. Wherever you’re at, I promise to meet you with curiosity, honesty, humour, and a whole lot of heart.
As a Provisional Psychologist, I provide affirming care for individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous relationships. My work often involves supporting clients in understanding family and relational patterns; exploring identity, sexuality, and gender; moving away from people-pleasing behaviours; strengthening emotional connections and intimacy; reconnecting with personal values; and processing developmental trauma.
With both professional expertise in sexual health and lived experience with a sexual pain disorder, I offer an informed and compassionate space to explore the nuances of sexual desire, pain, pleasure, and intimacy—grounded in mutual respect and free of shame. I also support clients who struggle with their use of pornography and sexual behaviours.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I particularly enjoy working with fellow neurodivergent individuals. I’m passionate about creating space that honours the diverse ways we process, feel, and connect—and how these ways of being shape our relationships and sense of self.
I believe healing happens through connection, and I support my clients in building stronger emotional closeness, self-trust, and meaningful relationships. My approach is intuitive and collaborative, grounded in attachment-based theory and shaped by Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Ego State, and Parts Work interventions.
If you’re looking to reconnect with yourself, your body, or someone you care about, I’d love to support you. Book a free 15-minute consultation to see if it’s the right fit.
