My background in mental health since 2015 has allowed me to work with clients of all ages and from many diverse backgrounds. My past work in men’s and women’s clinics further refined my customization of therapy to meet individual client needs. Throughout my career, I have learned diverse healing methods and strive to provide culturally competent care to everyone I work with. Therapy becomes much more effective when a client feels understood, and improvements are more likely when a person’s history is acknowledged and valued.

Ultimately, we all want to live a peaceful and meaningful life; I wish to help you get to know yourself and your relationships, cultivate resilience, and move toward personal growth and fulfillment. We will work on this by building emotional awareness and processing skills, restructuring internal negative patterns, and promoting self-compassion, healthy habits, and growth.
